Urban Effects is a small building company located in Warrandyte, Victoria. We have been building new homes and extensions for 17 years with our full-time team of builders and carpenters. Our in-house design team will work with you to develop designs that are exciting as well as practical, looking after the entire process from initial ideas to building plans, specifications, permits and then construction.
We aim to make building your home or extension an enjoyable and fulfilling experience, as well as achieving great results. We will not compromise on quality, and our building methods, based on our team’s many years of experience, guarantee structurally sound and long-lasting beautiful finishes.
We love making every home the perfect fit for the owner, the neighbourhood and the land. As a registered builders are unlimited in the scope and size of projects, from large homesteads in Kangaroo Ground, Wonga Park and the Yarra Valley, to carefully crafted small cottages in Eltham, Warrandyte and the surrounding suburbs.
