Steve was easy to work with and prompt to inspect building work required to provide a competitive quote. He willingly worked with the Structural Engineer I employed and work was commenced and completed in a timely manner. All his trades were professional, prompt, helpful and polite. I am very satisfied with my new bedroom,en-suite bathroom and laundry and would highly recommend Urban Effects.

Urban Effects' team provided renovated our house and built a two story extension. The team were friendly and responsive. There were no surprises over the 12 month period the renovation occurred and the job was completed on time. The modern design provided a high quality, light and airy finish.
