Steve was easy to work with and prompt to inspect building work required to provide a competitive quote. He willingly worked with the Structural Engineer I employed and work was commenced and completed in a timely manner. All his trades were professional, prompt, helpful and polite. Urban Effects' team provided renovated our house and built a two story extension. The team were friendly and responsive. There were no surprises over the 12 month period the renovation occurred and the job was completed on time. The modern design provided a high quality, light and airy finish. We had a great experience with Steve and his team of builders, who came and fixed a structural problem with our house (not their build). It was a pleasant surprise to get the quote in a short amount of time and also at a fantastic rate... which was in our eyes surprisingly inexpensive for the size of the job to be done.
