Building Plans

Your project will require documentation that fulfills the requirements of local authorities and Building Regulations.  We will consult with our building surveyor to establish the plans that are required for planning and building permit approvals.  Our in-house team of designers will then draw up you plans to a high level of detail, incorporating engineering requirements and Building Code standards.

Other plans that may be required are interior details.  The views of all interior areas will include every door and draw, plumbing fixture and tile, assuring you clarity and confidence.

You are also welcome to bring to us your per-prepared plans for us to quote, and then work with your own designer to obtain permits and approvals in preparation for contract signing and building.
